The last woman from the biblical town describes the story of the perfect city Sodome which is destroyed by wealth, money, power, gold and passion for all eternity by the conqueror who will taste the vengeance of a woman, left motionless in salt, a revenge the generations after him will feel.
This incredible story is a text of the genius Lauren Gaude who through the wonderful verses takes us to the biblical themes of the human weaknesses and suffering through the vision of the woman-sculpture of salt who makes a vivisection of man through time and space.
The director of the play Lynne Parker has decided on an exceptionally minimalist approach to this topic using the resources of the multimedia from one side but with perfect calmness bases her concept on the acting of Olwen Fouere.
What I can say about this lady of the European theatrical and film scene is that she fascinates with her seeming calmness and her acting is so subtle, sophisticated and refined that she causes excitement in the spectator. However behind this seemingly calm expression bursts a volcano of emotions, passion and energy, which Fouere in her rational approach amazingly hides, so exactly this symbiosis causes amazement while watching this performance. 

A rarity is that Olwen Fouere is an actress who builds her career on bilingual basis, successfully playing both in English and French and is a translator, of this complicated to versify, highly awarded theatrical piece. The versification from English to Macedonian is made from the Macedonian poet Ilina Baševski.
A few years ago when I showed the scenes in Ohrid where the plays of the Ohrid Summer Festival are performed, Dolni Saraj, the ancient theatre, St. Sophia and other areas, Olwen admired the mystical and holy space in the courtyard of St. Sophia, the space that she will make her performance.
Simple as a human, with childlike joy when she talks about theatre, with amazing vigor when she talks about the world which we live in, Olwen Fouere is an intellectual and an artist who devoted her entire life on theatre and is always experimenting and looking for new forms of expression in theatre arts ..
